How Do I Contact Customer Service about my order?

How can I order T-Mobile or Metro Uniforms?

How can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at (855) 825-8222 as there may be a chance that we have processed your order for shipment. We will take all reasonable steps possible to accommodate your request.

How can I ship my order?

Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground unless you choose an expedited shipping option.

Orders will ship out within 24-48hrs of receipt of order (Monday thru Friday).

Orders with Next Day Shipping must be placed by 2pm EST in order to guarantee next day delivery.

Saturdays are not regular scheduled shipping days. If you need your order shipped via overnight, please contact Customer Service once your order is placed to arrange for Saturday delivery.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 4-5 working days for delivery once your order is placed.

How can I pay for my order?

All purchases should be made via Credit Card

Will I Be Charged Sales Tax On My Order?

HALO is registered to collect and remit sales tax in all states where there is a tax. Applicable shipping charges and sales tax will be invoiced at the time of shipment.

Can I return merchandise?

We are happy to assist you if your order contains defective merchandise or if you need to exchange sizes. Please e-mail or contact us at (855) 825-8222 to arrange for replacement merchandise or a refund.
Gift Certificates are NOT eligible for returns. eGift Certificates do not expire. Cart totals that exceed the eGift certificate balance will require payment by credit card for the remaining balance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of this certificate. This eGift certificate is nontransferable after use and cannot be redeemed for cash.
